Consent document types.

The documents a user must acknowledge and accept before using the platform. Values match the on-disk legal-document categories served at /legal/** so the same version resolution applies to both retrieval and consent.

ConsentDocument

A legal document whose acceptance is gated and audited.

Terms and privacy are required of every user. The licence documents are required per the user's usage_type: commercial (and clinical) users must accept the commercial licence, research users the non-commercial licence — the server derives which one is pending.
